A low carb eating plan is one that limits carbohydrates (carbs); these are mainly found in sugary foods and drinks, pasta, potatoes and bread. Instead of eating carbs, you focus on protein-rich foods, salads and vegetables. Add in healthy fats, some nuts and the occasional treat and you’re ready to go! It’s that easy.

Best yet, there’s no need to count calories, weigh food or use special products. All you need to do is eat whole unprocessed foods that make for a complete, nutritious, and filling meal.

And it is a LOW CARB not a NO CARB!! Unless you have a particular condition that has to limit carbs to the extreme, you will still be able to enjoy an occasional treat and I will definitely provide you with delicious alternatives for you to enjoy.

And remember, we are all different so the plan will be tailored to You, your life, your needs and your requirements; it is not a ‘one size fits all’!
